GEMFEST 21st and 22nd September 2024 – IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Greetings,

If you intend to have a stall at our Gemfest this year, there are several things you should know:

• The venue has changed. This year the event will be held at:
  Banksia Beach State School
  133 Sunderland Drive
  Banksia Beach
• The dates have changed to 21^st & 22^nd September.
• Stallholders can no longer stay on site overnight & there is no longer any van parking available at the Gem Club.
• Most sites will be indoors – in school hall (see attached contract & maps for details).
• NO Food or Drink is allowed in the hall.
• There are limited sites outdoors – some of which are undercover.
• Trading hours are :-
  8.30 am to 4.00 pm Saturday
  8.30 am to 1.00 pm Sunday
• Stallholders can no longer have their vehicle on site. There is ample parking in school grounds. Vehicles are Not to be driven onto grassed areas.
• A security Service monitors the hall & the grounds are covered by CCTV
• Set up is from 11.00 am Friday, 20th. September & 6.00 am Saturday 21st.
• The hall will be open to stallholders from 8.00 am Sunday.
• Dogs are not allowed in school grounds.
